Ilse Stritzke

On March 15,1934, Ilse Glaus was born in Palmicken, East Prussia (then part of Germany). She was married to Gerd Stritzke in 1956 and they both immigrated to the United States in 1957 and settled in Chicago, IL. They also lived in Northern Wisconsin and Hot Springs, AR. After Gerd’s death, Ilse moved to Southern Wisconsin to be near her children. She loved the Lord and touched the lives and inspired many people throughout her time.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Gerd Strizke; her son, Ralph Stritzke; her parents, Hans Glaus and Johanne Glaus (Ilian); two sisters, Annelise Glaus and Irmgard Roth; and two brothers, Gunter Glaus and Hans Glaus.

She is survived by her son Bernie (Debby) Stritzke; her daughter Karin (Frank) Pecorado; and grand daughter Samantha Pecorado. 

Her outgoing personality left an indelible mark on everyone she met. She will be greatly missed by many.
