Imelda Ligue Marcelo, 90, of Maumelle, went home peacefully to the loving arms of Jesus on June 1, 2020 with her family at her side. She was born in the Philippines to Margarito and Felicidad Tega Ligue, and was a member of Fellowship Bible Church.
She is survived by her children, Norie Antipolo of Maumelle, Victor Marcelo, Jr. (Fritzie) and Maria Elsie Co, both of Little Rock, Ruben Marcelo (Rosemarie) of the Philippines, Cherrie Maramba (Wilbert) and Roland Marcelo, both of Pennsylvania; brother, Adolfo Ligue; grandchildren, Giovanni, Jeremy (Ashley), Precy (Ronald), Ruth, Rochelle, Brenn Rommel, Bradlee Rae (Erin), Abraham John (Jacqueline), Ephraim Dave and Joshua Roi (Kathlyn); and great-grandchildren, Jonas, Beckam, Jude, Franchesca Louise and Lucille Rayne. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Victor Marcelo, Sr.
Visitation will be Thursday, June 4 from 1-3 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.), followed by a service at 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Little Rock Compassion Center, 4210 Asher, Little Rock, AR 72204.
