Ivan Neal Pettit of Sherwood died July 25th 2008 at the age of 66.
Mr. Pettit was a Veteran of the United States Army having served his country in Vietnam, he received the Vietnam Service Medal with 5 Bronze Service Stars, the Vietnam Cross of Gallantry with Palm and the Bronze Star Medal and was a retired Auto Mechanic.
He is survived by a son, David Pettit of Sherwood; a daughter, Cheri Quick of Fort Worth, Tx., two sisters, Frances Moseley and Lois Pettit both of Sherwood; two step daughters, Holly Micinturf and Danna Neagle; 3 grand children, Dylan, Addison and Troy and several nieces and nephews.
The family will visit with friends from 5-8PM Monday, July 28th at Huson Funeral Home, 7700 Hwy 107 in Sherwood.
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday July 29th, 2008 in the Chapel of Huson Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock.
