Jack Griffith
Jack W. Griffith, 87, of North Little Rock, passed away on November 6, 2017. He was born on December 19, 1929 in Rockwell City, Iowa.
He retired from the US Air Force, The Veterans Administration and was a former school teacher. He was a graduate of the University of Nebraska and South Dakota. He was a 32nd degree Mason.
He was preceded in death by his parents William J. and Nell G. Griffith, his wife, Lydia S. Griffith and his three sisters. He leaves to cherish his memory: his wife Sherry G. Griffith, two daughters, Mary A. Wilson and husband John, Anna B. Hendrix and husband Robert, five grandchildren and two great-granddaughters, as well as many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held at Smith - North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St., on Friday, November 10, 2017 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Central Baptist Church, 5200 Fairway Ave. NLR, Arkansas 72216 or Arkansas Hospice, 14 Parkstone Circle, NLR, Arkansas 72116.
Jack will be entered into rest at Anderson Grove Cemetery in Bellevue, Nebraska following a brief graveside family remembrance.
