Jack A. Wells, 73, of North Little Rock passed away Saturday, November 29, 2008. He was a veteran in the Korean conflict with the US Air Force. He was a member of Saint Ann?s Catholic Church; a member of the American Legion; the VFW; and a 32nd degree Mason and Scottish Rights. He was retired from AT&T.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Mary Ann (Gershner) Wells of North Little Rock; one daughter, Susan Lynn Hoper and husband Jim of North Little Rock; and three grandchildren, Brian Wainwright, Jason Hoper and wife Ashley, and Jacob Hoper. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, two sisters, and stepmother,
Memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Pulaski County, 14600 Colonel Glenn Rd., Little Rock, AR 72210.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 A.M., Tuesday at Rest Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. to 7:30 P.M., Monday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com.
