Jacob Daniel “Jake” Broyles, 39, of Jacksonville, passed away December 14, 2022. He is survived by his sons, Kaden and Aaron and their mother, Laura Woodruff, and son Brayton; his mother, Cindy Golden (Tracy); brother, Robert Broyles; sister, Brittney Phillips; niece and nephew, Charlie Phillips and Jaylin Broyles; longtime friend, Amber Butera; and other extended family. He was preceded in death by his son, Gavin Broyles, his father, Robert Charles Broyles, and grandparents, Izetta and Doyle Boyd.

A private family service will be held.
