Jacob is survived by his mother, Karla Miller and husband Wendell; father, Kevin Eugene Smiley and wife Florissa; 2 sisters, Brigette Cook and husband Brad and Mallory Smiley; as well as many other relatives and friends who loved Jacob and will miss him always.
