James "Jimmy" Gresham, 82, fell asleep in death on Saturday, February 4, 2017. Born on April 10, 1934 in Little Rock, James was baptized when he was eight years old as one of Jehovah's Witnesses and was a faithful witness for Jehovah for seventy-five years. He had complete confidence in the resurrection and dreamed about being able to run again - Isaiah 35:5-6. He looked for every opportunity to share that hope.
James married his first and true love, Theresa, on February 12, 1953; they were married for sixty-three years.
He was preceded in death by his father, Orville Gresham, mother, Juanita Horton and grandmother, Trudy Emerson.
He is survived by his wife, Theresa Gresham of Little Rock; daughter, Gretchen Morris and son-in-law, Roger Morris of Little Rock; sister, Barbara Hilliard of North Little Rock; brother, Thomas Horton of North Little Rock; sister-in-law, Louise Perry of Carlisle; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 11th at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 10412 Mabelvale West, Mabelvale, AR 72103.
