James Rucker Howell, 58, of North Little Rock died Wednesday, January 1, 2014. He was born in Little Rock on March 30, 1955. He was a graduate of North Little Rock High School in 1973, Ouachita Baptist University in 1976, the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law and a licensed attorney.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Tanna Murry Howell and survived by his father, James L. Howell of North Little Rock; sons, Douglas Howell of Everett, Washington and David Howell, of Benton.
