James Kilmer
James William Kilmer, age 82 of East End, passed away March 28, 2013 at home. He was born on January 15, 1931 in Little Rock Arkansas; he was the son of Hiram L. Kilmer and Okla Boone.
James was a barber for 60 years. He was a member of the East End Baptist Church, Iron Springs Lodge, American Legion, and enjoyed hiking and traveling.
He is preceded in death by one brother, H.L. Kilmer, Jr., and one granddaughter, Michelle McHenry.
Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Geraldine Kilmer, one son, Billy (Becky) Kilmer of East End, two daughters, Brenda Gubanski of East End and Lynn Kilmer of Searcy, six grandchildren, four great grand children, and one brother, John (Mary Sue) Petty of East End.
Memorial Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at East End Baptist Church in East End.
Burial will follow at Forest Hills in Alexander, Arkansas.
Visitation will be Monday, April 1, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Huson Funeral Home in Little Rock, Arkansas.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to East End Baptist Church.
