Jim, as most knew him passed away peacefully at home February 12th 2025. He was born February 19th 1959 to Oma Lea and James Marlar in Hot Springs AR. He was a Navy Veteran and loved all things aviation, military, guns and history.
Jim is predeceased by his mother, father, 2 brothers- Larry and John Marlar, and oldest daughter Jennifer Hagenah. He leaves behind his 3 sisters- Cheryl Campbell, Beverly Worley, and Candace Mizer (Brian), 3 daughters- LauraElizabeth (Justin) McDaniel, Rebecca (Gabriel) Arjona, Millie (Trey) Talbot, 11 grand children-Layla, Drake, James, Jai, MacKynlea, Trystan, Kyra, GJ, Jacob, Mai, and Maverick, and 1 great grand daughter- Paisley, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A very special Thank You to Arkansas Hospice and their Hot Springs team for the courage, compassion, guidance and emotional support during this very hard time.
A private memorial will be set at a later date.
