James Richard Tyler, 69, U.S. Navy veteran, died November 23, 2012. He was born in Little Rock to John L. and Helen Sullivan Tyler. He is survived by his son, Jason Tyler of Alexander.
Graveside services with Military Honors will be Tuesday, December 11 at 1:00 p.m. at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock.
