Jim was drafted by the Army in 1966. While serving his county he earned two Purple Hearts in Vietnam. Jim was proud to be a Vietnam Veteran and had over 20 hats to prove it. Jim took his service very seriously and was American to the core. After leaving the Army, Jim worked as a lineman, heat and air specialist and ultimately becoming a master electrician.
