(James) Carthel Ballard
(James) Carthel Ballard, 86, of Beebe, Arkansas died Monday, March 16, 2020. He was retired from Orbit Valve, a retired carpenter and a member of Open Arms Assembly. He was preceded in death by two wives and three sons.
Carthel is survived by his wife Vernell; three sons, Tony Ballard and wife Angie, Phillip Ballard, and Robert Bise; daughter Angie Gibbons and husband Dale; seven grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
Visitors are welcome to drop in between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Thursday at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. We encourage you to watch the live stream of the Funeral Service at 10:00 a.m. Friday at Smith Westbrook Facebook page.
