Jamie Era Grey Fuller, age 77 died Tuesday, March 14, 2006 at the Pike Co Hospital. She was born March 9, 1929 in Pike County, the daughter of the late James Jefferson and Era Adaline Henderson Grey. She was a housewife and worked as a beautician for many years in Delight. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Murfreesboro and was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Lee Fuller.
Survivors include one daughter, Mary Jane Welch and husband, Steve of Murfreesboro; two grandchildren, Candi Evans and husband, Mike of El Dorado and Stephanie Welch of Murfreesboro; three great-grandchildren, Scott and Elizabeth of Evans and Skylar Bostic; a special life-long friend, Ed Lee of Murfreesboro.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Friday, March 17, 2006 in the First Christian Church in Murfreesboro with Bro. Mike Rothbone officiating. Interment will be in the Pike City Cemetery under the direction of Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 6-8 PM Thursday at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Randy and Al Welch, Ed Lee, Chris Wesson, Burlin Laurent and David Hendrix. Memorials may be made to the First Christian Church of Murfreesboro.
