Jane Rogers

Jane Ellen Rogers, 85, of Little Rock, passed away Saturday, May 14, 2011. Jane was born in Yell County Arkansas on February 1, 1926 to James Autry George and Ivory Irene Hatfield George. She was a member of Woodlawn Baptist Church. She is survived by her daughter, Connie Hall (Don); brother, Roy Luther George (Sandra); and her sister, Margaret Ann Adney. The grandchildren left to cherish her memory are Roger Hall (Kelli) and Scott Hall (Mary) and her beloved great-grandchildren, Stephen, Jessica (Troy), Tazia, Kalia, Caleb and Rafe; and a host of nieces and nephews. She lived to play with her great-great grandbaby, Jemiah. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dave Gordon Rogers and their son, Dave Gordon Rogers, II, by her sister, Etta Miller (Tom Ed) and her brother-in-law, Leroy Adney. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 18 at Roselawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be on Tuesday, May 17 from 6 - 8:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Little Rock Funeral Home.
