Janice Diane Acre, 76, of Alexander, AR unexpectedly went to be with our Lord, Saturday, December 30, 2017. She was born on June 14, 1941 in Little Rock, AR.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Frances Campbell of Perryville, AR, niece, Karla Cherven of Clearwater, FL and nephew, Josh Campbell of Conway, AR.
She is survived by her husband of thirty-five years, Jack Acre of Alexander, AR; brothers, Richard Key (Connie) of Little Rock, AR, Ernie Campbell (Gail) of Fairfield Bay, AR and sister, Arlyne Cherven (Jim) of Roland, AR. She is also survived by her children, DeeDee (Tony Forsythe of Rogers, AR, Frances (Cherie) Gresham of Bauxite, AR, James Myers (Cathy Rhodes) of London, AR and Cheryl Choate of Searcy, AR.
She was Nana to her grandchildren, James Padgett of Alexander, AR, Samantha (David) Sanchez of Sheridan, AR, Kristen Choate of Searcy, AR, Trea (Ashley) Choate of Judsonia, AR, Austin (Courtney) Myers of Pottsville, AR Eric Myers (Courtney Akins) of Cabot, AR and Skylar Rhodes (Martin Javalera) of Pottsville, AR. She was blessed with six great-grandchildren as well. She was loved and will be missed by many others relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on January 4th at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct., Little Rock, AR 72205, with Pastor Terry Simmons, Jr., officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 3rd from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home. Burial will be at 12:30 in Copper Springs Cemetery in Guy, AR.
