Janice Fisher Vasquez

Janice Fisher Vasquez, 57, of Sherwood passed away October 9, 2024. She was born on November 30, 1966 in Little Rock to the late bobby Joe Fisher and Ollie Finley Fisher. 

Janice was an employee of Jackson Hewitt for over 20 years. She enjoyed all holidays, but no one loved Christmas more than Janice. She enjoyed cooking and decorating and making holidays a special time for the entire family. She was a huge Mickey Mouse fan and loved all things purple. Janice was of the Baptist faith and we take comfort in knowing she is in heaven.

She is survived by her husband of almost 25 years, Carlos Vasquez, 4 children: Kandis Fisher, Ashley Brannen, Carlos Vasquez, Jr and Ashley Brooks; a brother, Bobby Joe Fisher, Jr., (Jacquelyn); she was “Grandma” to Zoey Best, Hunter Martin, Kadren Tidwell and Kadince Tidwell. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family members. 

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a son, David Alexander Brannen and a grandson, Kadin Tidwell.

Visitation is 6:00 to 8:00 PM, Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home. Funeral is 10:00 AM, Wednesday October 16, 2024 at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home.
