Jarvis Cook, 49, of Bauxite passed away Saturday, July 11, 2009.
He is survived by his mother, Dorris Cook; brother, Julian Cook, Jr., both of Bauxite; five sisters, Judy Ward, of Claxton, Georgia, Linda Hogue, of Cabot, Karen Gardener, of Benton, Deborah White, of Bauxite and Shirley Threlkeld, of Prattsville; step-daughter, Rachel Hopkins and life mate, Debra Hopkins. He was preceded in death by his father, Julian Cook, Sr.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M., Tuesday at Immanuel Baptist Church. Burial will be in Pinecrest Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 8:30 P.M., Monday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St. 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com.
