Jay Walter Coulter, 74, passed away June 6, 2012. Born in Twin Falls, Idaho to the late Warren and Jannetta Shields Coulter, he is survived by his daughter, Cheryl Sauerwin and her husband, Anthony of North Little Rock, and sister, Rosemary Austin.
Graveside service with Military Honors will be Tuesday, June 12 at 12:00 noon at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock.
