Jean Ezzi, 86, of North Little Rock passed away Tuesday, November 20, 2012.
She is survived by her three sons, Tim Ezzi (Gaye), Tony Ezzi, Jerry Ezzi (Diane); sister, Ruth Gunter; nine grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Gertrude Mathis Nail; husband, Santo Ezzi; nine brothers and sisters, and daughter-in-law, Deb Ezzi.
She was an officer for the Retail Clerks Association and retired after 25 years of service as a manager for the Kroger company. She was a long time member of the choir, Ladies' Guild, and Eucharistic Ministries at her church of 64 years, St. Patrick's Catholic Church. The things she loved most included cooking for her family, traveling with friends, and spending time with her grandchildren. She will be most remembered for her smile, her ever optimistic spirit, and her genuine love of people. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Patrick's Building Fund, 211 W. 19th St., NLR, AR 72214.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 a.m., Tuesday at St. Patrick's Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m., Monday followed by a Rosary service at 7:00 p.m., at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170.
