Jeanne Dawes Browning, 87, of North Little Rock passed away Wednesday, February 27, 2013. She was a charter member of 47th Street Baptist Church. Jeanne retired from Pulaski County Special School District.
She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Ray Browning; daughter, Barbara Tarkington; son, Bob Browning (Beverly); three grandchildren, Liz Davenport (Lee), Ashley Browning and Ryan Browning (Amanda); and five great-grandchildren, Madison and Logan Davenport, MacKinze Jones, and Emma and Lily Browning. She was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd and Virginia Bryant Dawes; grandson, Clayton Ghormley and brother, Charles Henry Dawes.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m., Friday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, a Smith Family Funeral Home. Burial will be in Edgewood Memorial Park.
