Jeff Hunter, Jr., 85, of Little Rock, passed away January 29, 2012. He was born in Scott to Jeff Hunter, Sr. and Parnellia Rogers Hunter and was a member of the Church of Christ West 65th St.
Preceded in death by his parents, wife, Ethel Mae Hunter, brothers, Willie and James Hunter, sister, Geneva Bolden and step-daughter, Sandra Scott, he is survived by his sons, Robert Earl Hunter of North Little Rock and Bruce Hunter (Felicia) of Wisconsin; daughters, Bertha Williamson, Jamie Canady (Jack), both of Little Rock, Carolyn Hunter and Michele Williams (Michael), both of North Little Rock; sisters, Thelma Abraham of Little Rock and Earnestine Dudley of Kansas City, Missouri; brother, Roosevelt Hunter (Retha Mae) of North Little Rock; twenty-seven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday, February 4 at the Church of Christ West 65th St., officiated by Don McClain. Interment will follow at Rest in Peace Memorial Gardens in Hensley. Visitation will be Friday evening from 6-7 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.).
