Jeffery was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his beloved wife of 43 years, Becky Jenkins; his sons, Jeffery Bryan Jenkins, Willian Keith Davis; daughters, Stephanie Jenkins Oliver, Raquel Neal; ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; and his siblings, Mark Jenkins, and Kathy Rainey.
