Jennifer Jacobsen

Jennifer Lynn Jacobsen, 44, died unexpectedly on Monday, November 23, 2020 at her home. She had great courage and strength in facing and dealing with all that happened with her health.  She powerfully dealt with all the difficulties.  She is greatly missed by her family and friends.

Jennifer is survived by her daughter, Tess Jacobsen; parents, Neil and Marian Snortland; sister, Carolyn Thompson (William); brother, Robert Snortland (Michelle) of Elkridge, Maryland; nephew, Daniel Thompson and niece, Maria Snortland.
