Jenwyl D. Stephens, age 79 of Maumelle passed away Thursday, September 6, 2007. She was born on April 18, 1928, the daughter of Carl and Fatha Jackson of Morrilton. She was a member of First United Methodist Church Quapaw in Little Rock. Mrs. Stephens was a loving wife, homemaker and mother.
She is survived by her husband, Walter W. Stephens, of Maumelle; daughter, June Combs and her husband, Bob of Gravel Ridge; granddaughter, Rhonda Keeton and her husband, Jon of Gravel Ridge; grandson, Steven Crowder of Little Rock; two great-granddaughters, Jennifer and Brittany Lewis, of Gravel Ridge; two sisters, Iva Jean Durbin, of Atkins and Carlene Chamblis of Greenbriar; and one brother, Carroll Jackson of Morrilton.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 A.M., Monday at North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 3:00 to 4:00 P.M., Sunday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com.
