Jeremy Scott Howell

Jeremy Scott Howell, age 28, of Hot Springs, passed away on Friday, December 20, 2019. He was born on February 4, 1991 in Little Rock, the son of Stacy Scott Howell and Sylvia Josette Quinones. Jeremy was an avid musician and loved playing the piano. He was a 2009 graduate of Parkview Arts and Science Magnet High School where he played trumpet in the school band. Growing up he was active in scouting from Cub Scouts through Boy Scouts. He was employed as a gaming dealer for casinos in Carson City, Reno and most recently, Oaklawn Casino. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and loved being with family. He is survived by his father and step-mother, Stacy and Tricia Howell of Benton; his mother, Sylvia Howell of Amity; his brother, Justin (Tariqah) Howell of North Little Rock; his sister, Jinny (Jeremy) Lawhon of Alexander; two step-sisters, Kayli (Ed) May and Logan Doss, all of Arkadelphia; his maternal grandfather, Joe Quinones of Amity; and six nieces and nephews, Jayden Howell, Rileigh Howell, Justin Howell, Jr., Aleeyah Howell, Kylie Lawhon and Raelynn Mullins. Visitation will be held Friday, December 27, 2019, from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, in the Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Glenwood, with cremation following. Guest registry is at www.davis-smith.com.
