Jerry Carr

Jerry Paul Carr, 68, of Little Rock, also known as Papa Jerry, passed away on June 22, 2017. He was born August 28, 1948 in Russellville to Robert and Lucy (Martin) Carr. Jerry retired from Siemens Automation and was a member of Ironton Baptist Church. He was a Vietnam Veteran.

He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Joyce Carr; son, Chris Carr; grandson, Justin Blake Carr; granddaughter, Madison Carr; and great-granddaughter, Ellie Carr.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 - 7:00 PM on Tuesday, June 27th at the Smith-North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main Street. Funeral service will be at 10:00 AM Wednesday at the Ironton Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Ironton Baptist Cemetery. Online obituary at www.SmithFamilyCares.com .
