Jesse Duncan, 74, of North Little Rock, passed away March 27, 2014. He was born in Marianna, Arkansas to the late Ruben Jess and Evelyn Marie Johnson Duncan. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Jesse loved dogs and loved to fish.
Survivors include his son, Ronald and wife, Robin of Bastrop, Texas and a host of other family members.
