Jessie Lee Akin Scroggs, 96, went to Heaven to be with her beloved husband Roy on Friday, May 27th . A lifelong resident of Arkansas, she spent her last 3.5 years in Atlanta, GA. She is survived by her daughter Pat Sanders, son-in-law Tim Sanders, and grandsons John W. Clayton III and Jason W. Clayton of Atlanta. Also survived by John A. McCarthy of Jonesboro, AR., who Jessie and Roy had "adopted" in their hearts.
