Jimmie Floyd Hill, 88, of Floyd, Arkansas departed his family and friends on January 23, 2026. He was born to Alvin and Inez Hill on October 28,1937.
Jimmie enjoyed playing music with the Bullcreek Boys for many years, as well as fishing, farming, and spending time with the people he loved. He also served in the National Guard. Jimmie retired from the White County Road Department after several years.
He is survived by his loving companion Bonnie Boothe, his four children, Jimmy Shawn Hill, Patsy Denise Hill, Chuck McIntyre, Glenn McIntyre; seven grandchildren, Shawn (Whitney) Hill, Marcus Morningstar, Casey Morningstar, Nathan McIntyre, Christopher McIntyre, James McIntyre, Jackson McIntyre; five great-grandchildren, Zoey Hill, Ty Hill, Creed McIntyre, Ella McIntyre, Allie McIntyre; brother Glendel (Dianne) Hill; sister Lynda (Jerry) Elliott; nieces Teresa Hill, Donna Teal; nephews Rob Hill, Travis Elliott, Vince Elliott; extended family, Janice Thompson, Joerdyn Thompson, Brad Hopwood, Elias Thompson, Lee Thompson, Zach Thompson, Danielle Thompson, Donna Winfrey, and many more family and friends.
Jimmie was preceded in death by his late wife Elizabeth Ann Hill.
Visitation will be on Sunday, February 1, 2026, from 3:00-5:00 p.m. at the Smith Westbrook Funeral Home. Services are on Monday, February 2nd at 2:00 p.m. at Smith Westbrook with burial to follow at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens.
