Jimmie Lee

Jimmie Franklin Lee of Jacksonville was born in Lockesburg, Arkansas on April 15, 1945 and departed this life on January 17, 2022. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Bonnie McDaniel Lee of Jacksonville; daughter, Stacy Lee Nolan of Hot Springs; granddaughter, Samantha Nolan of Little Rock; grandson, Jon Nolan and wife Nikki of Conway; and four great grandchildren, Connar, Max, Lily and Rosie. Jim also leaves behind his trusted sidekicks Buster, BJ, Bubba, Sissy, Tiny and Ranger as well as a host of family and friends.

Jim proudly served in the United States Navy and was a Vietnam Veteran. He retired from the Arkansas Highway Police after 20 years of service. He enjoyed walking in the woods, fishing, riding his Harley, swimming in creeks, whittling and spending time with his family and animals. He also enjoyed collecting guns, pocket knives and flashlights. He was a true southern gentleman, a good friend and the best ever husband, daddy and Pa. He will be missed beyond measure until we are with him again.
