Jimmie Lee Owen, 90, of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away May 15, 2016. He was born February 9, 1926 in Cury County, New Mexico to the late Arthur Grady and Eunice Maggie Owen.
Jimmie proudly served his country in the United States Navy. He was a master plumber.
He is survived by his grandson, Matthew Gibbs and wife Ann of North Little Rock, Arkansas.
