Jimmie Joe Strayhorn, 88 of Beebe passed away February 21, 2022. He was born August 1, 1933 to James AZ and Senia Ann Strayhorn.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ina Inez Strayhorn, granddaughter Alyson Cagle, son-in-law Tommy Cagle and his parents, James AZ and Senia Ann Strayhorn.
Survivors include Ronnie Strayhorn, Sherill (Tricia) Strayhorn, Charlotta Cagle, Donnie (Tracy) Strayhorn, Edie (Michael) Bomar, one brother Bob (Sharon) Strayhorn, eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
The family would like to extend their special thanks to caregivers Teresa Whitlow, Diana Ray and Nacole Welch.
Visitation is Friday, February 25th from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Smith Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. A private burial is planned at Weir Cemetery.
