Jimmy Finley, Sr.

Jimmy Finley, Sr., 83, passed away February 4, 2021. He was born October 15, 1937, in Texarkana, Texas to Louis Finley and Flora Mathews Finley.  Jimmy worked as a contractor before he retired and was a member of Little Rock Seventh Day Adventist Church.

Jimmy is survived by his wife, Eddie Mae (Grigsby) Finley; children, Jimmy Finley, Jr. (Bennetta) and Bridget Finley both of North Little Rock, Herbert, Sherell, and Albert Finley all of Little Rock, and LaTanya Finley of Alexander; 10 grandchildren,  April Looney, Herbert Finley, Jr., Kalin Finley, Jamie Greene, RaeVen Young, Jasmine Toatley, Alexus Greene, LoRenzo Finley, CaeLehb Finley, and JaKayla Finley; and a brother, John Finley of Chicago, IL. He is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Joe and Doris Finley, and a baby brother.

Open visitation will be 4:00-6:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 10, at Smith Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Court.

PLEASE NOTE:  The graveside service has been changed to 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 12, at St. Paul Cemetery in Bivins, Texas.
