Jimmy Franklin Garrett, born on April 18, 1953, in Malvern, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on October 30 2024, in Donaldson. Throughout his life, Jimmy was known for his vibrant personality and deep passion for music. He found joy in dancing and had an abiding love for watching movies, which enriched his life and those around him.

He is survived  by his daughter, Kandy Garrett; his cousin, Treva Gipson; his nephews, Roger Garrett, and Frankie Garrett, .along with a host of other cousins and cherished friends

Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents, Frances and Gene Garrett, who provided him with a nurturing home, as well as his siblings, Eugene Garrett and Reba Joan Garrett. Each of these family members played a significant role in his life, shaping the man he became.

His memory will live on in the hearts of his loving family and friends, who will forever treasure the moments spent with him. Jimmy's legacy of joy, music, and dance will continue to resonate with those who knew him, reminding us all to embrace life with the same enthusiasm he did.
