Jimmy Richard Graham, a devoted caregiver and a cherished light within his community, entered into eternal rest on the morning of February 19, 2026, at 7:23 AM. Jimmy passed away at the Sherwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, surrounded by friends and family who meat the world to him.

Born in Louisiana on June 19, 1954, to Mary Louise Stanley and LJ Graham, Jimmy’s life was defined by his vibrant spirit, his unwavering commitment to others, and a personality that was truly one of a kind.

A career of compassion and love for animals as a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Jimmy spent his professional life providing comfort and care to those in need. He was a man of remarkable character who possessed the unique gift of transforming any environment with his presence. Known for his infectious energy, he was the heart of every gathering; his ability to “light up a room” remains a hallmark of his legacy.

Beyond his human patients, Jimmy’s heart belonged to his four-legged friends. His deep love for dogs was a defining part of his life and a legacy he wished to be remembered for.

Jimmy was preceded in death by his sister, Vicky Anne Graham; his parents, Mary Louise Stanley and LJ Graham; and his beloved grandparents.

He leaves behind a family who will forever cherish his memory: Kristy Graham deLeon, Sherry Graham, Misty Lamb, Kaleb Johnson, Lily Johnson, Justin deLeon Hufstetler, Vivian Huhstetler, Vincent Hufstetler, Brandon Hufstetler, and lifelong best friend, Timothy Langley.

Memorial Contributions in honor of Jimmy’s legacy and his lifelong love for animals, the family requests that in lieu of flowers, donation be made in his name to the North Little Rock Animal Shelter, 1 Championship Drive, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72118, 501-791-8577.
