Jimmy Edward Wiles, age 53 of Plano, TX, passed away on August 12, 2013 in Plano, TX. Born in Little Rock, October 31, 1959, he was a son to Thomas and Betty Wiles of Greenbrier, AR. He was a loving son, brother, uncle and friend.

Jim retired from Southwestern Bell Telephone Company in Little Rock, AR, after 30 years of service. After retirement, Jim enjoyed traveling, landscaping, wood projects, and spending time with family and friends. He especially loved spending time with his corgies, Chuck and Louie. Jim was very active in caring for the elderly and serving in his community.

He is survived by a host of cherished family and friends. His parents, Thomas and Betty Wiles of Greenbrier; his life partner, Tom Wiesle of Plano, TX; two sisters, Beverly Cooper of Russellville and Donna (Randy) Griffin of North Little Rock; one brother, Steve (Deanna) Wiles of Conway; three nieces, Kristen (Tom) Bagby of Durham, NC, Ellen (Chris) Westerman and Anna Beth (Joshua) Dickson of Conway; one nephew, Kent (Sarah) Wiles of Forney, TX; and two great nephews, Nate and Lincoln Westerman.

A memorial service celebrating his life will be held at the North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main Street, North Little Rock, AR, Saturday, August 17, 2013. Visitation will be from 2:00-3:00pm with the memorial service beginning at 3:00pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Foundation For Suicide Prevention www.afsp.org would be appreciated.
