Jo Ann Skipper of FairField Bay passed away July 3rd, 2008 at her daughter's home in Jacksonville at the age of 72. Jo Ann was a member of FairField Bay Baptist Church.
Jo Ann is survived by her husband of 54 years, Roger; 3 daughters, Gwen Brenneise and Anita Walters both of Jacksonville and Tonya Nicholson and her husband Wesley of Cave City; a son, Roger D. Skipper and his wife Connie of Cabot; a brother, Grady Beeson of Friendship Arkansas; 2 sisters, Earnestine Graves of Bearden Arkansas and Jenny Fowler of VanDalia Ohio; 11 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren.
Jo Ann was a surrogate grandmother to many who loved to spend time on the lake at FairField Bay.
Jo Ann was preceded in death by her parents; 3 brothers; 1 sister; a son-in-law Daryl Brenneise and a grand son Anthony Nicholson.
Visitation will be held from 2-4PM Sunday July 6th at Huson Funeral Home, 7700 Hwy 107 in Sherwood.
Funeral Services will be at 2 PM Monday July 7th at Zion Hill Baptist Church with interment to follow at Sumner Cemetery.
