Joan E. Bronaugh, 86, of Jacksonville, Arkansas passed away September 7, 2021. At Joan’s request, her ashes will be placed in the scattering garden at Meadowbrook Cemetery. She is survived by her brother, James Evans along with a host of family and friends.
