JoAnn Lea Springer, 69 of Little Rock passed away on Thursday, February 28, 2008. A member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, she worked as a lab technician in the Baptist Health System for 23 years and was a caregiver for the past three years.
She is survived by her husband, William H. Springer; son, Jerry Cardwell of Pine Bluff; daughter, Donna Dailey (Chuck) of Ohio; sister, Eva Marie Wood (Don) of Little Rock; grandchildren, Deanna Clayton, Chris Turner (Jamie), Nikki Dailey, and Justin Morris; and one great-grandchild, Kenleigh Turner. She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Catherine Heitman Lea and grandson, Clayton Morris. There will be visitation on Monday, March 3 from 6-8 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.), Little Rock. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 4 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home, officiated by Rev. Clif Springer. Burial will follow in Rest Hills Memorial Park in Sherwood.
