JoAnn Vinson of Maumelle went to be with her Lord on December 1, 2013. She was 67 years of age and of the Assembly of God faith.
She was preceded in death by her father, Bill Billingsley, mother, Minnie Sue Smith and her brother, Charles F. Cox.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Bobby J. Vinson of Maumelle; sister, Sharon Loudermilk (Gary) of Maumelle; two nieces, Dena Sowell (Mark) of Sherwood and Suzanne Riffle (Matt) of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; one nephew, Tom Cox (Elizabeth) of Little Rock; four great nieces and nephews.
She was a former co-owner with her sister of Creative Expressions Ceramics and Gifts. She was retired from the Department of Finance and Administration.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday in Edgewood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, a Smith Family Funeral Home. Online obituary at www.SmithFamilyCares.com .
