Joanne Cook

Joanne Cook, 64, of Jacksonville, AR passed away July 28, 2026. She was born January 14, 1962 in Morrilton, AR.

Joanne was raised in the Southern Christian Children’s Home in Morrilton, AR. She met her husband Tony when she was 18 working at Pizza Hut and they have been married for 46 years. She was retired from Leisure Arts where she worked almost 40 years. She enjoyed being at home and loved reading and working puzzles. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family. 

Survivors include her husband of 46 years, Tony Cook; two daughters: Jennifer Snowden (Thad) and Tiffany Cook (Ben Johnson); siblings: Dora Phillips, Mark Hodge (Alice) and Craig Hodge (Sandy). Joanne was preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Spikes.

Visitation is 6:00-8:00 PM, Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home. Funeral is 11:00 AM, Wednesday, August 5, 2026 at the funeral home, followed by a graveside service at 2:00 PM at Mount Zion Cemetery, Carthage, AR.
