Joey Patrick Phillips

Joseph Patrick "Joey" Phillips, a beloved and long-time resident of Amity, Arkansas, entered into glory on September 17, 2025. He was born on September 10, 1968, in Shreveport, Louisiana. He is preceded in death by his parents, Samuel Patrick Phillips and Cynthia Blom Phillips.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 16 years, Rebecca Anne Olcott-Phillips, and his beloved children, Chelsea Phillips - Lynch (Jason), Dylan Phillips, Kinsley Phillips-Mayberry (Lucas), and Hannah Olcott. Joey has 5 grandchildren and is also survived by 5 brothers - Sam Phillips (Chris), Shawn Phillips (Cindy), Bo Phillips (Juli), Jay Phillips (Paige), and Casey Phillips (Allison), 1 sister, Jamie Lawrence (Matt), and 15 nieces and nephews.

Joey was an avid hunter, fisherman, and a Master Machinist, working for FiberPro. He kept everyone he knew laughing all the time with his great sense of humor. The Arkansas woods is where he was most at home and it is there he shall be laid to rest along with his Dad, Pat.

We will honor and celebrate Joey's life at a place to be determined in the beginning of November.
