John Cecil Brown, Jr. , 71, of Benton, Arkansas passed away September 16, 2026. He was born on August 1, 1955 to the late John Cecil Brown, Sr. and Dean V. (Tatum) Brown. He proudly served and retired from the United States Navy. He was dearly loved by his family and friends. Family to hold memorial at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
