John Hamilton Nichols, 79, of Sherwood, formerly of Huntsville, AL, passed from this life on March 15, 2012. Mr. Nichols was born March 12, 1933 in Charleston, West Virginia. Mr. Nichols is survived by 1 daughter, Susan Linker and husband Billy Gene of Sherwood; 3 grandsons, Christopher Scott Allen, Michael Allen Mortensen and Joseph William Linker; 1 grand daughter, Charice Michelle Finch; and 7 great grandchildren. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at 12:00 P.M. at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in Sherwood.
