John H. Orr age 77, of Hot Springs, died Tuesday, January 8, 2008 at St Joseph's Hospital. He was born September 17, 1930, the son of Henry and Nettie Allen Orr. He retired from the Rehabilitation Center of Hot Springs and was a former employee of Bismarck School as a Coach and teacher. He lived in the Bismarck Community for many years where he is known by many relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his son, John B. Orr.
Survivors include two daughters, Carolyn Ashley of Hot Springs and Kelly House of Point Cedar and one son, Paul Orr also of Hot Springs, three grandchildren, Angela Ashley and Andera Camp of Hot Springs and Mindy Ashley of Little Rock, one great grandson, Colton Sligh of Magnet Cove.
Funeral services will be 11 AM Saturday in the Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home Chapel in Arkadelphia with Brother Roy Remont officiating. Burial will be in the DeRoche Cemetery.
Visitation will be 6 to 8 PM Friday at the funeral home.
