John W. Turner, 63, of Cabot, passed away Friday, August 04, 2006.
He was a member of Bayou Meto Baptist Church. Mr. Turner was retired from the United States Air Force and the United States Postal Service.
He is survived by his daughter, Judy Turner of Cabot; two sons, John Turner, Jr. of Taiwan and Jason Oulette of Maumelle; a loving friend and caregiver, Yolonda Talley of Cabot; two step-sons, John Oulette of Sheridan and Jeremy Oulette of Colorado; a brother, Lewis Turner of Hattiesburg, Mississippi; four sisters, Barbara Thomas of Franklin, Tennessee, Geraldine Mariakis of Ringgold, Georgia, Mary Grissom of Petal, Mississippi, and Judy Jeske of Hattiesburg, Mississippi; granddaughter, Jordan Oulette; and two grandsons, Talon and Justin Oulette. Mr. Turner was preceded in death by his parents, Lewis and Audrey Turner and sister, Emily Turner.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday at North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Mississippi. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Sunday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main, 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.northlittlerockfuneralhome.com.
