Jon Wilbur Fischer, beloved father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend, passed away on August 16, 2026, at the age of 63. Born on July 8, 1963, Jon’s life was one defined by warmth, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to those he loved.

Jon is survived by his ex-wife, Becky Fischer; his parents, Lois Ingram of Glenwood, AR, and Robert and Judy Fischer of Hot Springs, AR.; his daughters and their husbands, Cassie and Eddy Davis of Donaldson, AR, and Amber Clemons of Hot Springs, AR; his brothers and their wives, Jacob and Natalie Fischer of Hot Springs, AR, Tim ad Cheri Fischer of Hot Springs, AR, and Jason and Stephanie Newman of Hot Springs, AR.; his sisters and their husbands, Bobbie and Dale Schildgen of Hot Springs, AR, and Julie Lawson of Hot Springs, AR; his grandchildren, Braxton, Chloe, Natalie, Oliver, and Lilly; as well as many Nieces, Nephews, Extended family members and a host of wonderful friends. Jon is fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and a host of wonderful friends. 

Honorary Pallbearers are Jon's closest friends in life, Jim Cooper, David Howell, Larry Philyaw, Johnny Barnes, and Rickey Lambert. Every one of them was an amazing and cherished friend to Jon.

Throughout his life, Jon had many hobbies and interests which include boating, dancing, hot rods, classic cars (2 door challengers and 2 door Studebaker), and going to the beach and pool. He also enjoyed working at LJ's Body Shop. The legacy he leaves behind is one of compassion, hard work, and a deep appreciation for family and community. 

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Jon’s life at a memorial gathering, which will be held on August 29, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Smith Family Funeral Home in Hot Springs, located at 2205 Airport Road, Hot Springs, AR 71913. All whose lives Jon touched are welcome to attend and share in honoring his memory.
