Joy Diane Gibbs, 61, of Lonsdale, AR recently passed away. She was born on October 26, 1953 in Lonsdale, AR to the late Ruel Kenneth Staggs and Joy Allene Almond. Joy worked as a police dispatcher for the state government.
She is proceeded in death by her parents, Ruel Kenneth Staggs and Joy Allene Almond; husband Robert S. Gibbs.
She is survived by her sister, Lanetta Rulene and husband Danny Cothern; brother, Ruel Eugene and wife Sondra Staggs; nieces, nephews and other relatives including many friends.
